The Department of Energy and Housing and Public Utilities of Pavlodar region was headed by a graduate of InEU Yerzhan Ertaev, the press service of the head of our region reports. During the hardware meeting, the new leader was introduced by the akim of the Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov.

Yerzhan Ertaev was born in 1985. In 2008 he graduated from the Innovative University of Eurasia with a degree in Industrial Heat Power Engineering, and in 2012 with a degree in Law.

He began his career in 2006. In 2009, he entered the civil service as the chief specialist of the Department of Energy and Public Utilities of Pavlodar Region.

From 2013 to 2014, he was the chief expert, then head of the accreditation department of the State Energy Supervision and Control Committee of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2015, he was appointed head of the accreditation department of the Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control Committee of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2015 to 2017, he was the head of the territorial department of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Akmola region, and from 2017 to 2018, he was the head of the territorial department for the Karaganda region.

Prior to his new appointment, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
