For several generations, graduates of the engineering profile of your university have visited our company first as trainees, then as full-time employees. And no one has ever failed us.
We are pleased to take part in the development of the Food Technology and Biotechnology programs. It is important for us that your leadership is interested in our professional opinion. On our initiative, specialized disciplines related to quality control and safety of dairy products, technology of functional food products, and heat treatment of biosystems were included in the training programs. In turn, we opened classrooms at our factory in which students gain practical skills in a real production environment.
Our institute successfully cooperates with students and undergraduates of the Department of Agriculture and Bioresources. We attract them to the implementation of real biological projects. For example, this year we together made a scientific substantiation of measures to eliminate mosquitoes and midges in Pavlodar and the village of Moyyldy. The guys showed responsibility and demonstrated good theoretical training. The results of this work can be a good start for final research work.
I was very lucky: I studied at InEU, an advanced and modern university. I am grateful to the teachers who were able to reveal my potential in the study of psychology. We continue to cooperate: we publish joint articles, methodological literature, prepare schoolchildren for scientific conferences, and organize professional student practice. Thanks to the good preparation, I feel free at school, confidently solve professional problems and gladly recommend my students to enter InEU.
Our collaboration with the Department of Business and Management began with dual education. This is an interesting experience due to which InEU students became freelance employees of our organization. We feel that we are full participants in the educational process, we can influence its content. Graduates hired did not have to adapt for a long time and comprehend the specifics of our enterprise. We are very pleased with them. I myself am a graduate of this department. For several years of work here, I achieved career advancement and headed the personnel service. I am always confident in the graduates of InEU, who have proven themselves well during their studies and then work at our enterprise. I express my gratitude to all teachers for the quality work and loyalty to the profession.
I am convinced that good managers are always needed. Therefore, graduates of the Management program will be in demand in our labor market. I am proud that I graduated from InEU, in which I received good training. Today I head one of the prestigious divisions of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan. I well remember the demanding and very interesting teachers of InEU, they influenced me, showing by my own example what professionalism is. I continue to work with my alma mater. We have graduates of InEU. They are well trained and disciplined. Thanks to them, we see that InEU remains a competitive university, to which I wish prosperity and new victories.
Our newspaper “Star of Irtysh” is associated with InEU, in particular with the Department of Journalism, for many years of joint work on the training of journalistic personnel. Every year we take on practice students whom we teach the work of a journalist in a publication. I am glad that graduates become employees of our editorial office.
Today, the staff of our newspaper includes InEU graduates - Natasha Zinchenko and Kristina Kokhno, they are talented journalists.
