Our university has always focused on the development of student entrepreneurship.
From the first year, every year we taught one or another discipline that helped develop certain business skills in students. After the first lessons, many people had interesting ideas for startups.

In addition to introducing entrepreneurial disciplines into the curriculum, InEU provides an opportunity to express themselves in various programs, competitions and other events. So, thanks to the participation of the university in the project "Ecosystem of Student Entrepreneurship" from the ERG company, our team won the Championship in solving business cases "Kemel Kasipker", after the victory in which we went to the summer entrepreneurial school BigIdeasCamp. We had a week of non-stop work on our project. The organizers provided us with a complete immersion in the atmosphere of creating a startup. In our work, we were helped by mentors from all over Kazakhstan, who shared their experience not only in the field of business, but also in IT technologies. Our university was represented by 2 teams, our BI-InEU team confidently reached the final.
BigIdeasCamp was followed by a trip to Nur-Sultan for MeetUp, which led me to work on a new business idea.

The direction of entrepreneurship is interesting, because we improve our skills, make like-minded friends, and gradually become mentors for junior students. Now our team, under the guidance of a mentor, startup manager of the Department of Business and Management, Sergey Vladimirovich Bespaly, is actively developing its own full-fledged business project, which we hope to launch soon.
All these opportunities are provided to us within the framework of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development Center and the ERG project, where our university is an active participant. The center is always ready to support students' projects, as well as establish promising cooperation with domestic and foreign companies and universities.

From the very beginning of training, business disciplines were introduced into our schedule, regardless of our specialty. At first it was unusual for us to work on the development of startups, but since everything was gradual and dosed, we became interested in the topic of business and entrepreneurship in general.
Through the introduction of an entrepreneurship training program, we learned how to create and work on projects. We got rid of the fear of speaking in front of an audience, expressing our ideas, starting a business, our thinking began to change. For us, this served as a serious impetus to action, and moreover, thanks to the business incubator and the project "Ecosystem of student entrepreneurship", we found like-minded people from different cities of Kazakhstan.

We were able to implement the acquired knowledge and skills in the summer entrepreneurial camp, which is annually organized by ERG. It was here that our team developed the "Fruchos" project - fruit chips. Our chips are a quick, tasty, and most importantly healthy snack for everyone.

After the presentation of this project, the InEU business incubator provided us with assistance in the form of purchasing a dehydrator for freezing fruits. We managed to achieve the perfect drying result for fruits, in which they retain all the nutrients and trace elements. We pack the finished products in ECO doy-pack bags and supply them for sale in the cafeteria of two buildings of our university. At this stage, we test the product, study which fruits are taken more often and, using surveys on the Instagram page (fruchos.pvl), find out what tastes consumers would like to purchase. We have learned to act and are ready for change.
