Innovative University of Eurasia may process clients’ personal data (including name and phone number) to send marketing and information messages about products, services, promotions and events via messengers, including WhatsApp.
The first message sent to the client contains a request for informed consent to receive messages. The client can always agree or refuse.
The University undertakes to use the data only within the scope of consent and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the protection of personal data.
The client may unsubscribe at any time:
- by writing the word “Unsubscribe” in the messenger
- or by sending an email to referent@ineu.edu.kz with the subject “Unsubscribe from mailing”
After receiving the refusal, the University will stop sending messages within a reasonable time.
Innovative University of Eurasia does not transfer personal data to third parties and applies necessary technical and organizational security measures, including message encryption and restriction of employee access to the data.
