• 2007-2012 - Innovative Eurasian University - Head of the Department of English and Linguodidactics.
• 2012-2020 - - Innovative Eurasian University - Head of the Department of Scientific and Organizational Work and International Cooperation.
• From December 2020 - Innovative University of Eurasia - First Vice-Rector.

• Expert of the British Council (from 2012 to the present).
• Fellow of the state presidential scholarship "Bolashak" (2013).
