Qualification requirements for applicants:

Professor:

availability of:

• higher professional education;
• scientific (academic PhD) degree of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of PhD;
• academic title ‘Professor’ Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science or academic title “Associate Professor” Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science and at least 2 (two) articles or reviews in international peer-reviewed scientific journals included in the 1,2 quartile according to JCR data in the Web of Science Core Collection or having a Cite Score percentile of at least thirty-five, or a Hirsch index of 2 or more over the past 5 years;
• certificate of completion of advanced training and retraining courses for the last five years in accordance with the profile of the disciplines taught;
• work experience of at least 5 (five) years of scientific and pedagogical activity.

 

Associate Professor (docent)

Availability of:

• higher professional education;
• academic (academic PhD) degree: Doctor of Sciences or Candidate of Sciences, or Doctor of PhD;
• academic title “associate professor (docent)” Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science or at least one article or reviews in a foreign scientific publication indexed in the Web of Science database and (or) having a CiteScore percentile in the Scopus database of at least 25 (twenty-five) and/or a patent for an invention and/or a monograph with a contribution of at least 1 p.l., if there is a recommendation of a scientist or scientific and technical council of the university;
• certificate of completion of advanced training and retraining courses for the last five years in accordance with the profile of the disciplines taught;
• work experience of at least 5 (five) years of scientific and pedagogical activity, including at least a year as a senior teacher.

 

Senior lecturer

Availability of:

• higher professional education;
• certificate of completion of advanced training and retraining courses for the last five years in accordance with the profile of the disciplines taught;
• work experience of at least 3 (three) years of scientific and pedagogical activity, including at least 3 (three) years as a teacher or having at least 5 (five) years of practical experience in the profile.

Required list of documents:

• application addressed to the Rector of the University;
• personal personnel record sheet;
• autobiography;
• a copy of the identity card;
• copies of diplomas of higher education, academic degrees, documents of academic rank and originals for verification;
• copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available) and originals for verification;
• list of scientific works and inventions, monographs, textbooks, teaching aids, introduced new courses of disciplines (if available);
• medical certificate on form 075U;
• certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a criminal offense by a person.
• Certificate from the narcological organization;
• Certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization.

The participant of the competition can provide additional information concerning his education, professional level (a list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

Documents for participation in the competition are accepted within thirty calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.
