An agreement was signed between InEU and the Red Crescent Society of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the project "Increasing the potential of the Pavlodar regional branch of the Red Crescent Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan in providing first aid to the population affected by emergencies through training a regional volunteer team of instructors, as well as creating a training center at one of the higher educational institutions".

This project is being implemented with the support of PF "Birge" and the Department of Information and Public Development of Pavlodar region.

The agreement is aimed at establishing cooperation and coordinating joint actions of the parties in the field of training and education of the population in emergency situations, first aid, and promotion of a healthy lifestyle; dissemination of medical and sanitary-hygienic knowledge among various categories of the population and their involvement in the charitable activities of society.
