The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed an Anti-corruption standard to ensure openness and transparency in organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education.

By the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 174 dated 05/04/2020, the Anti-corruption Standard on ensuring openness and transparency in higher and (or) postgraduate education organizations was approved.
The standard is designed to eradicate corruption in the system of higher and postgraduate education. It describes in detail the basic principles of ensuring openness and transparency in universities, explains such concepts as a culture of integrity, corporate openness of a university.
