On April 20, 2020, an on-line meeting of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held. The meeting was attended by Vice Minister M.M. Daulenov, Director of the Department of Higher and Postgraduate Education A.Zh. Toybaev, rectors of universities in Kazakhstan.

As part of the meeting agenda, the Innovative Eurasian University presented its experience in organizing the control of students' knowledge using the blind assessment method. Our university was one of the first in the Republic to introduce this method. The peculiarity of this method is, firstly, that the subject teacher does not participate in the written examination; secondly, evaluating the written work, the subject teacher does not know which of the students they belong to; thirdly, the communication between the teacher and the student is non-contact in nature and does not go beyond the boundaries of the personal account.

The advantages of this method are its focus on increasing the transparency of the knowledge assessment system and strengthening the anti-corruption climate in the university environment.

The experience of InEU was positively evaluated by the participants of the on-line meeting of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The presented presentation of InEU will be made public on a special portal of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For the first time, the blind assessment method was tested by us in the framework of the winter examination session of the 2019-2020 academic year, which aroused great interest among the university public, and in the future, from the republican media.
