Modern HR technology in a changing world

Within the framework of the V International Scientific and Practical Conference “Science and Education in the XXI Century: Dynamics of Development in the Eurasian Space”, on April 23, 2020, an online meeting of the section “Modern HR Technologies in a Changing World” was held.


The section meeting was opened by the chairman of the section Zulfiya Amangeldinovna Arynova, who emphasized the relevance of the topic of the section and its connection with the Erasmus + project being implemented at InEU on the development of the master's human resource management program.

After the demonstration of the video with a welcome address by the InEU Rector, Professor Bakytgul Asylbekovna Zhetpisbaeva, the floor was given to the speaker - Alexander Nikolayevich Nosov, Head of the Human Resources Department of Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC. Alexander Nikolaevich, speaking on “Human resources as an object of management at an industrial enterprise”, on the example of Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC, spoke about the specifics of human resources management at large industrial enterprises in the region.

All participants in the breakout session made presentations, the main points of which they demonstrated through presentations. In general, sectional reports raised various issues related to human resource management in modern economic conditions.

The main speakers of the section were:

• Maral Akbaevna Amirova, phD, head of the Department of "Business and Management", InEU, topic of the report "Labor potential of the enterprise: essence, structure and basic characteristics."

• Zulfiya Amangeldinovna Arynova, Ph.D., associate professor of the department "Business and Management" of InEU, topic of the report "System of job levels: essence, content and basic principles of construction."

• Dana Saylauovna Bekniyazova, phD, Associate Professor, Department of Business and Management, InEU, topic of the report: “The problems of diversity, inclusion and their possible use in human resource management”.

• Lyazzat Kairkenovna Kaydarova, Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of "Business and Management", InEU, topic of the report "Foreign experience in the formation of the personnel policy of the enterprise."

• Lyudmila Ivanovna Kashuk, Ph.D., professor of InEU, topic of the report “Personnel Management of the Organization: Modern Challenges”.

• Elena Gennadyevna Titova, Master of Economics, Senior Lecturer, Department of "Business and Management", InEU, topic of the report "Personnel Management as One of the Crisis Management Tools".

 

The speeches of all participants aroused great interest, the participants in the breakout session discussed various issues regarding modern technologies and human resource management practices.

Also, the participants of the breakout session discussed the benefits of holding conferences in an online format. It was noted that scientific areas are developing at an accelerated pace, this development requires the constant flow of innovative solutions. For the process to move in the right direction, a constant dialogue between scientists is needed, as well as the consolidation of the results of this dialogue in scientific publications. The realities of modern life have made online conferences popular among academics because of their undeniable advantages over traditional scholarly meetings.
