Today, at the Innovative University of Eurasia, as part of an international conference, the work of the section “State and Prospects for the Development of Youth Entrepreneurship in Modern Conditions” was held. Section participants presented their vision and shared experiences with the student community.

Within the framework of the V International Scientific and Practical Conference "Science and Education in the XXI Century: Dynamics of Development in the Eurasian Space" modern approaches to the development of entrepreneurship in the youth environment were considered. The co-organizers and participants of the section were Tuva State University (Republic of Tuva, Russian Federation), Kostanai Engineering and Economic University named after M. Dulatov (Kostanay, Kazakhstan), Tyumen branch of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Higher Education "Institute of Business Career" (Tyumen, Russia ), Baishev University (Aktobe, RK).

The participants were presented with a video message, a welcome speech by the rector of InEU, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Bakytgul Asylbekovna Zhetpisbaeva.

The main speakers of the section are:

• Vyacheslav Kyrgysovich Sevek, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Economics of Tuva State University. Topic of the speech: “Formation of entrepreneurial activity of students of the Faculty of Economics of Tuvan State University”.

• Gainiya Kalimzhanovna Eseeva, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship of the Kostanay Engineering and Economic University named after M. Dulatov. Topic of the speech: “Distance learning of entrepreneurial thinking, on the example of the Kostanay Engineering and Economic University named after M. Dulatov”.

• Irina Aleksandrovna Grosheva, PhD in Sociology, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Humanitarian and Natural Sciences, Tyumen Branch of the Institute of Business Career of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Higher Education. Topic: “Prospects for the development of youth business in the business climate of Russia.”

• Zubirash Kalybekovna, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Professor, Department of "Business and Management", InEU. The topic of the report is “Integration of Youth in the Entrepreneurial Community”.

• Anara Toleutaevna, master's degree, senior lecturer of the department "Business and Management" of InEU. The topic of the report is “Youth entrepreneurship as a significant factor in the development of the state”.

Also, teachers and undergraduates of the department "Business and Management" took part in the work of the section.

During the work, interesting approaches to the implementation of policies to support entrepreneurship, in particular youth entrepreneurship, were examined. Having shared their experience, everyone took something useful for himself and for his practice at the university. Despite the mode of operation under quarantine, all participants showed activity and keen interest. We thank our colleagues for their work, and we tell you until we meet again.
