Dear colleagues, students! I want to summarize the interim results of our participation in the implementation of the national program “Ruhani Zhangyru”. 

The University successfully implements the Concept of promoting the values ​​of RuhaniZhangyru in the youth environment, adopted at InEU. This year we together took part in regional events dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Abay. We organized a large-scale street art “Portrait of Abai” in the territory of the university, the regional contest “UlyAbaymen Selfie”, supported the nation-wide challenge “Reading Abay”. Coverage of participants averaged 200 people, including external stakeholders.

At the moment, we are working to launch 3 more projects that promote the values ​​of spiritual modernization of consciousness: this is the online quiz “Ertist Pavlodar Uri” with an approximate coverage of more than 10,000 thousand participants, the Regional aitys “Kombirldombyra” and the Sacred Expedition places of Pavlodar region and East Kazakhstan region. Students and teachers of InEU, as well as young Kazakhstanis from other regions of the Republic and the CIS countries will take part in all these events. This will allow our university, on the one hand, to contribute to the implementation of the national program “RuhaniZhagyru”, on the other hand, to be in the trend of the youth policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Our students took part in the launch of the Republican challenge "Men Kazakyn", which had wide coverage in the country and received positive feedback from President KassymZhomartTokaev. The university received a letter of thanks from the regional leadership for an active citizenship.

As part of the Year of the Volunteer, announced by President KassymZhomartTokaev, we developed an Action Plan for involving InEU students in the volunteer movement and held a number of events. Our students, together with curators, the Committee on Youth Affairs, lecturers, and university service employees, conducted a labor campaign to remove snow in private homes of veterans and the elderly. Thus, our students showed their citizenship.

In January, we launched the Year of the Volunteer by organizing the Snowmen Ficht Creative Regional Competition. The objectives of the competition were to support creative students and schoolchildren, including from rural areas, and to convey ideas of kindness and creation. The winners of the competition were awarded valuable prizes from the InEU Supervisory Board, certificates from the Akimat and the Sports Department of Pavlodar.

The solemn opening of the Republican Front Office "Birgemiz" and the congress of volunteers with the participation of the President of the country took place on February 12-13 this year in Nur Sultan. Within the framework of this congress, a dialogue flush took place, where the program of the volunteer movement was presented. The delegation from the Pavlodar region included our first-year student, activist Petrenko Alexander and the head of KDM Baybek Madi. Now we are faced with the tasks of joining the volunteer movement.

Already 63 of our students have voluntarily registered in the single republican platform “Kazvolunteer.kz” and thereby expressed their intention to become volunteers. 15 of our law students have already volunteered in the Department of Justice. They became free legal consultants and worked with the population of our city. The teachers of our university also joined the volunteer movement. During the winter holidays, an InEU IT school was organized for children with disabilities at the Boarding School No. 1. On February 20, at the initiative of KDM, an action of kindness was held at our university, all the funds from which we sent to socially vulnerable residents of the city. About 400 students took part in this event.

The teaching staff has done a great job of harmonizing the provisions of the “RukhaniZhangyru” program with the concept of training courses, the themes of graduation work, and scientific activity.

Dear colleagues, students! As you can see, our university has good potential for the successful implementation of the national program “Ruhani zhangyru”. By joining in its implementation, we demonstrate our collective strength, a common spirit that will help us confront any challenges. The current situation requires unity and mutual assistance from us. Today, each of us, turning to the values ​​of “Ruhanizhangyru”, can be useful to our family, representatives of the older generation, our native country. Stay at home, pay attention to your loved ones and, if you are a student, continue to study, if a teacher - continue to teach. That is, continue to be useful to our society. This is the purpose of the new consciousness, a spiritual person and a patriot. Take care of yourself!
