Dinagul Sayanbekovna began her teaching career in 1987, worked as a physics teacher at secondary school No. 19, Pavlodar, and from 2004 to 2006 she was deputy director of the Aksu branch of Pavlodar University. From 2007 to 2013 she worked as the director of the vocational guidance and recruitment center InEU. Currently, Dinagul Sayanbekovna continues his professional activities at the Department of "Energy and Metallurgy" as a senior teacher.

Dinagul Sayanbekovna is inherent in such qualities as professionalism, wisdom, an inquiring mind, diligence, a high level of dedication and a responsible attitude to work, which cause deserved respect of colleagues. Communication with her always gives great pleasure.
