A training in civil and labor law was held at InEU with speaker Shalygina Elena.

On the first day, we studied information on civil law, examined such important issues as legal norms, legal relations, and subjects of civil law. The features of the legal entity were discussed and entered into the table in detail, the scheme of which Elena Shalygina herself developed. After the lunch break, we studied the types of contracts, its main elements, and also examined the structure of the LLP, the liquidation procedure and the forms of transactions.

On the second day, questions on labor law were sorted out. We examined what labor discipline includes, the conditions of an employment contract, and also examined what legal liability is and its 5 types, talked about material liability.

All material and information presented by the speaker was based on the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, namely on the civil and labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the classes, everyone actively participated in the discussion, thanks to which we, as listeners, were fully involved.

I liked the business law classes very much and left their mark on my knowledge of jurisprudence.
