Purpose: Mastering the skills of effective work with regulatory legal acts, using the rules of law to conduct business in order to minimize entrepreneurial risks.

Contents: Basic concepts, provisions, terms related to business - legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Normative legal acts of different levels. Subjects and objects in entrepreneurial activity. Barriers to doing business. Business development based on legislative documents. Participation and role of the legal section in business development. The role and support by the state of entrepreneurial activity, including participation in public procurement. Methods of forming an informed legal decision on most business issues.

Expected Result: Mastering the practical skills of conducting an effective business process within the regulatory framework.
