Do you have a technological idea but don't know how to turn it into a market-ready product? The Incubation Program will help you validate your idea, refine your project, and prepare it for commercialization.

What to Expect

The program is a three-week intensive course held from April 2 to April 24, combining educational modules, practical workshops, and one-on-one support from experienced business trackers and invited business mentors. Throughout the program, participants will transform their ideas into projects ready to be presented to an expert panel.

During the Program You Will:

• identify a real market problem and develop a customer-oriented solution;
• conduct customer research using the Customer Development methodology;
• develop a unique value proposition (UVP) and a business model;
• build and test a Minimum Viable Product (MVP);
• analyze the market and competitive landscape;
• prepare a financial model and a business plan;
• develop a professional Pitch presentation;
• present your project at Demo Day before an expert committee.

Why Participate?

Participants who successfully complete the Incubation Program and defend their projects will receive a certificate qualifying them to participate in the QazInnovations Innovation Grants Competition for Technology Commercialization under Stage I: "Product Refinement and Commercialization Strategy Development."
