Scientific and Public Activities of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of InEU in the 2024–2025 Academic Year
In the 2024–2025 academic year, the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists at Innovative Eurasian University (InEU) continued its active efforts to develop the scientific potential of youth, promote academic initiatives, and support young faculty members and students in research activities.
One of the Council’s key priorities was to facilitate the participation of young scientists in scientific conferences and competitions. With the Council's support, the following events were organized:
-
A competition for the best student research work among the members of the InEU scientific and educational consortium (November 11 – December 15, 2024);
-
The 51st International Scientific and Practical Conference (April 10–11, 2025), during which young researchers presented reports on current scientific topics.
The Council actively supported the preparation of scientific articles for publication in the Innovative Eurasian University Bulletin as well as in other peer-reviewed journals. An important focus was placed on informational support of research activities, including timely publication of announcements regarding upcoming contests, conferences, and grant opportunities on the university website. This ensured open access to relevant information for students, master’s students, and faculty interested in research work.
A major achievement was the victory of an InEU student in the international competition Best Scientific Article – 2025. The student’s work was highly praised by the jury for its scientific novelty and practical relevance.
Beyond academic work, the Council also encouraged the participation of faculty and youth in public life. As part of the Year of Vocational Professions and the 30th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, InEU faculty participated in:
-
The student youth Olympiad “Tourism, Alğa,” organized by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Pavlodar Region (November 19, 2024);
-
The dialogue platform "Әр дауыс маңызды" / Every Voice Matters (January 24, 2025);
-
The interactive event "Center's Secret" (Quest) as part of the youth project Jastar Vibe (January 24, 2025);
-
The quest game "The Case Secret" (February 19, 2025);
-
The Informatics and Programming Olympiad (March 29, 2025), where they acted as jury members and organizers;
-
The ecological campaign "Taza Kazakhstan" (June 4, 2025), where teachers, students, and Council members contributed to improving the local area and promoting environmental responsibility.
The Council also plays an active role in career guidance by organizing workshops and meetings with professionals from various fields and collaborating with local schools and districts to inform students about the current demands of the labor market and career development opportunities.
The Council of Young Scientists and Specialists at InEU continues to foster a favorable environment for academic development and to strengthen the university's position in the scientific and educational landscape of the Republic.
Sincerely,
Chair of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists
