Sport is a national priority

Therefore, a sports contest in volleyball and football among students was held within the walls of the Innovative University of Eurasia. With the beginning of the academic year. A sports marathon is dedicated to the “30th anniversary of InEU”. The teams were from the faculties of the university, the Students’ Dormitory and the college team from VKInEU.

Before the game started, it was very lively. Spectators took their seats, the arriving teams warmed up, and the coaches gave instructions and advice. The rapid warm-up of all the teams showed the opponents and fans that everyone is determined to win and is ready to fight for every point.

Football and volleyball are team sports, and the result of participation in competitions depends on the collective efforts of a united team. All participants were prepared to compete and showed good qualities. Every game was exciting, the participants tried not to make mistakes, using powerful and accurate passes, deceptive moves. Serious emotions reigned on the site of the fans, the eyes of the guys were “burning”.

According to the main organizer of the games, Sarsenbayev Medet Koshenbaevich, one of the important tasks of the games was to promote a healthy lifestyle:

-“We are against the pandemic and we want students to spend more time outdoors, take their health more seriously”. The coach is satisfied with the game: “Everyone showed themselves 100%. The college players are professionals who play for the “Irtysh” team, and our students look up to them and try to play better and better”, - said Mekdet Sarsenbayev.

The participants noted the need for such sports events.

-“I would like to have more such games, especially team games”, - says Alisher Ordabayev, a third-year student. A long period of online training has shown that many participants don’t have enough physical training.

-“To be honest, I didn’t have enough confidence today, because of this I was lost on the field, although I was once a football player”, - shared Alexander Kulikov, a third-year student.

We hope that the Spartakiad will be the beginning of the formation of sports teams of InEU. There is still a lot of work ahead, so I would like to wish the players to stubbornly pursue their goals, achieve success, and work hard. And then everything will work out!
