A whole week, dedicated to languages, is planned at the university. All employees of the university will begin to speak among themselves in Kazakh language. At the very least – toss about phrases. “Let’s speak Kazakh” – the celebration of the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan starts with the action under this name in the walls of the higher educational institution.

More than 100 representatives of various ethnic groups live in Kazakhstan. Each of them adheres to peace and harmony, honor and respect for each other. Preserving national values and spiritual culture is one of the main tasks of society, - the organizers of the action emphasize.

-In September, Kazakhstan traditionally celebrates the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the holiday is to preserve the integrity of the multinational people of Kazakhstan, the development and dissemination of the Kazakh language, the upbringing of children in the spirit of respect for the culture and traditions of not only their own people, but also all those who inhabit the vast expanses of the country, - says the head of the Department for educational work and social issues of InEU, Anap Kaidarova.

At the same time, special attention is paid to the development of multilingual education in the country.

-Language is the centuries-old history of the people. A country without a native language can’t exist as a state. Any nation in the world strives for independence in order to preserve its national dignity, culture and native language, so every state has always respected and protected its native language, - says Anap Kaidarova, the head of the Department for Educational Work and Social Issues of InEU.

On the Day of Languages, various events are planned at InEU, including holding an open dictation, visiting the museum named after Bukhar Zhyrau and the Kazakh Musical and Drama Theater named after Zh.Aimauytov.
