Goal:to enable the group to engage in “close” interaction and help them see the benefits of joining forces, teamwork and individual strengths and weaknesses.

Brief description of the training program:

 

Stages of team creation and development

Result: understanding of the stages of team building: features / complexity of each stage.

 

Signs of an effective team

Result: to show the group that her / his colleague is not only the one who sits with me in the same “office”, expand the circle of interaction for additional resources;

• show the group that everyone needs to invest in work, leave the comfort zone;

• bring the group to such concepts as “Trust” and its influence on the result of joint activities, the ability to make contact and collaborate.

 

Clear roles

Result: get to know the nature of their “strong” / “managed” / “weak” roles. To know how to strengthen the “strong” roles and to “neutralize” the “weak” ones. How to create a perfect team out of "imperfect people."

 

Great communications

Result: facilitate the entry of the entire team into the communication process;

• conduct an analysis of joint interaction through the exchange of information. Facilitate dialogue. Identify what helped / what prevented effective engagement.

 

Self-developing team

Result: bring the group to five types of behavior in the conflict;

• determine your preferred style of behavior in the conflict. Learn to identify situations for the application of the most “appropriate” style of behavior in a conflict..

 

The nature of leadership

• Four types of future leader (modern approach).
