With love for home school

Lyubov Komardina, professor at the Department of Agriculture and Biological Resources of the Innovative University of Eurasia, urges colleagues to support their native schools. She met with students and teachers of the school of the village of Efremovka, with which her childhood is closely connected.

Lyubov Komardina is a third-generation teacher. Her parents as young teachers came to Efremovka from Novosibirsk. Papa Stepan Pavlovich, having returned from the Great Patriotic War, connected his life with the most peaceful and humane profession - pedagogy. In a rural school, he was a primary school teacher.

Mom Maria Sazonova worked as a school principal. Lyubov Komardina was born in Efremovka. Here I went to first grade. Therefore, a rural school from childhood for her, as a home.

“This is one of the oldest schools in Pavlodar region, which was founded during the development of virgin lands,” says Lyubov Stepanovna. - This school is famous for the fact that the first student production brigades in the Kazakh SSR were created in it. And high school students several times participated in VDNH - Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy in Moscow.

Komardina has long been in touch with her native school. In 2007, as vice-rector for the educational part of InEU, she helped to restore the school museum and donated about 200 personal books to the school library. During a recent visit, she brought fiction collections, the series “The Life of Wonderful People”, the encyclopedia “Countries and Peoples”, and publications on biology, chemistry, geography, and ecology.

Previously, the Efrem school was seven years old. Today, children study here until the 11th grade, come from all the nearest villages. There is also a mini-center for kids.

- Now there is a young team. I arrived and immediately met the graduates of InEU - physical education teacher Tlektes Utilov and his wife, she teaches the Kazakh language, ”says the professor.

For teachers of the Efremov school Lyubov Stepanovna held a seminar "Organization of scientific research activities of schoolchildren", where she explained how to make children's research projects successful. This is not the last exchange of experience. Komardina plans to continue to share her best practices with rural colleagues.

- The school has a museum. There we had a meeting with children and teachers, ”says Lyubov Stepanovna. - We recalled graduates of different years, found out how to communicate with them.

It is not the first year that the student action “One Day at Home School” has been operating at InEU, when students return to their native land and tell schoolchildren about their achievements, share their knowledge. Lyubov Stepanovna believes that teachers should also join this action, who could share their rich experience with young colleagues in their native schools, raising the level of secondary education and establishing a connection between these educational institutions and the university.
