MADE IN InEU
Fruchos fruit chips - apple, banana and mix are sold in InEU buffets and in the «Corner 91» cafe-confectionery.
Since mid-October, entrepreneurs have been testing the product. They study what fruits consumers buy more often and what tastes they want to buy.
The production of healthy snacks was arranged by InEU students Diana and Victoria. Their mission is to create a healthy snacking habit among the younger generation.⠀
Having studied the problems of deteriorating youth health due to malnutrition and unhealthy foods, the girls developed their Fruchos project. They took the first steps to implementing the idea this summer at the #BigIdeasCamp entrepreneurial camp, developing a product prototype.
- Fruit chips are very popular in Europe and the USA, but they are rarely seen in our market. And we decided to develop this in our homeland, ”says Diana.⠀
The project was supported by the head of the InEU business incubator Ildar Murzabekov and university partner Alexander Pauli, who presented the students with a dehydrator for sublimation of fruits.
