Signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation is a Significant Step in the Development of Youth Policy in the Region

The signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the "Innovative Eurasian University" LLP and the Pavlodar regional branch of the "Zhasar Rukhy" youth wing of the "AMANAT" party became a significant event in the system of youth policy development in the Pavlodar region.

The agreement was concluded between the Pavlodar regional branch of the "Zhasar Rukhy" youth wing of the "AMANAT" party represented by its Chairman Zhusup Mergali Gakkashauyly and the Innovative Eurasian University represented by its Rector Makenov Chingiz Serikbayevich, acting on the basis of the Charter.

The "Zhasar Rukhy" youth wing is one of the largest youth organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan, uniting more than 100,000 young citizens of the country and playing a key role in shaping the active civic stance, patriotic consciousness, and leadership potential of the youth.

The signing of the memorandum was the result of an initiative by the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Innovative Eurasian University, aimed at expanding opportunities for self-realization, scientific, creative, and civic development of the student and working youth of the region. This initiative reflects the active position of the university's youth scientific community and its desire to participate in solving priority tasks of state youth policy.

The goal of the cooperation is to form a sustainable partnership aimed at unlocking the potential of young people in the regions, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of young citizens, as well as creating conditions for their active participation in public life and public administration processes.

Within the framework of the memorandum's implementation, special attention will be paid to the joint realization of socially significant and republican initiatives. Among the priority projects are the anti-drug initiative "Esirtkige zhol zhoq!" ("No Way to Drugs!"), the cultural and educational project "Mening elim – mening tilim" ("My Country – My Language"), the youth employment assistance program "ZHASTARGHA ZHUMYS" ("WORK FOR YOUTH"), the environmental education project "TazaLike" ("LikeClean"), the youth award "RUKHTASTAR", the Republican Debate Tournament for the Cup of the "AMANAT" party, and the military-patriotic project "QAISAR".

Within the framework of implementing the memorandum and coordinating joint initiatives, a member of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Innovative Eurasian University, Master of Technical Sciences, Head of the Department of Educational Work and Social Development, Shokleva L.A., has been appointed to a responsible position.

The implementation of the agreement will strengthen the interaction between the educational environment and youth public institutions, as well as create favorable conditions for the formation of proactive, socially responsible, and patriotically oriented youth in the region.
