Competition among students of higher and postgraduate education institutions
of the Republic of Kazakhstan
for the development of a beta version of the website
of the RSE on REM "National Center for Higher Education Development"
of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Dear colleagues!

The RSE on REM "National Center for Higher Education Development" of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Center) invites you to jointly conduct an open competition among students of universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop a beta version of the official website of the Center (https://enic-kazakhstan.edu.kz).

Goal of the competition —

to identify the professional and creative achievements of students from specialized universities through solving practical tasks.

Objectives of the competition:

1) Conducting practice-oriented training;
2) Promoting and popularizing education in IT specialties.

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students from all areas of study at specialized universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan are invited to participate. The participation format is individual or in teams (up to 4 people).

Competition timeline:

First stage (intra-university):
Application and project submission: from April 28 to May 28, 2025

Second stage (republican): until June 6, 2025
Work of the republican jury and evaluation of projects: 28.05 – 04.06.2025

Prize fund of the competition:

1st place — Diploma of the 1st degree + 500,000 tenge + opportunity for further cooperation with the Center
2nd place — Diploma of the 2nd degree + cash prize (100,000 and 50,000 tenge)
3rd place — Diploma of the 3rd degree.
All participants who pass the selection and meet the basic requirements will receive electronic certificates of participation

Detailed requirements for participants, competition conditions, evaluation criteria, and the structure of the future website are specified in the Competition Regulations.
