Project "Assessment of the impact of the budget of the 4th level on the quality of life of the rural population of Pavlodar region"

The project is being implemented within the framework of the Civil Society Support Program in Central Asia, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Cooperation Agreement № 72011519CA00003.

The following works will be performed within the framework of the project:

• analysis of the current procedure for the formation and use of budgets of the 4th level;
• analysis of the budgets of rural districts of the Pavlodar region (formation and execution);
• analysis of the socio-economic development of rural districts of Pavlodar region with a population of 2.0 thousand people;
• study of the quality of life of the population of rural districts of Pavlodar region;
• a study of the participation of the population of rural districts of the Pavlodar region in the discussion of plans for use and the actual results of use;
• development of proposals for improving the procedure for the formation, use and discussion of budgets of the 4th level.

The implementation of the project will allow assessing the impact of the formation and use of budgets of the 4th level on the quality of life of the rural population of the region.

Thanks to the Civil Society Support Program in Central Asia, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the conducted research can be used by local executive bodies in practice to improve the well-being of the population of rural areas of Pavlodar region!
