The second interregional НR-forum was held at the Innovative University of Eurasia (InEU). This time his main topic is “Smart HR: human capital as the basis of a country's competitiveness”.

The forum became an interactive platform for employing partners of InEU, scientists, HR-experts, university staff and students. InEU has about 150 partner employers, they are constantly working to harmonize educational programs. Including training in the new model of the economy.
The rector of InEU Marat Bayandin noted that today in the conditions of technical progress, a number of professions are dying, as they are being squeezed out by robots. In addition, he said that there is a perception that higher education lags behind the rapidly changing realities. In this regard, M. Bayandin invited the forum participants to discuss the next question - how to improve the educational process in order to keep up with technical progress so that university graduates are competitive.
- It's nice that the forum is held within the walls of InEU, I finished it myself. Judging by his graduates, who are now successfully working in their specialty throughout Kazakhstan, good specialists are being trained here, ”stressed the head of the labor department of Pavlodar region, Askar Kapanov.
 

 

 

 


The forum discussed issues related to the creation of a comprehensive strategy for the development of human capital, based on advanced scientific research and best world practices. In addition to the plenary session, the youth platform “Career” (graduate fair) and trainings were also held at the forum.
