The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competition for the State Youth Award "Daryn".
The prize is awarded annually in order to provide state support to talented young people for fruitful scientific, creative, social activities, as well as for high sporting achievements.
The competition will be held in the following nominations: literature, science, design and visual arts, journalism, classical music, social activities, sports, theater and cinema, pop, folk art.
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 29 apply for the award at the time of the end of applications, winners of international and republican competitions, festivals and exhibitions, prize winners and winners of sports competitions of the republican and international levels, as well as candidates whose activities are innovative and promote development relevant industry and society as a whole.
The nomination of candidates for the award is made by government agencies and public associations.
The winners are awarded the title "Laureate of the State Youth Award "Daryn", awarded with a diploma, a badge and a cash prize.
Recall, the Daryn Prize was established on the initiative of the Head of State in 1992. Over the years, Bakhtiyar Artayev, Serik Sapiev, Ilya Ilyin, Denis Ten, Dimash Kudaibergenov, Maria Mudryak, Muz Art group, Kalkaman Sarin and many others became the owners of the prize.
Since 2017, the State Youth Award "Daryn" is awarded annually.
