I congratulate you on the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War!

On this memorable day, let us gratefully recall those who, at the cost of their lives, returned peace to our homes, those who, while remaining in the rear, worked hard for the Great Victory over fascism, those who survived this war and built peaceful Kazakhstan for us with you.
We must worthily carry this memory in our hearts, realizing ourselves as the descendants of courageous people. They are still among us and need our care and attention. “Perhaps there’s no family where my hero wasn’t remembered,” the words of this famous song united us for many years in a desire to preserve the world, appreciate the lessons of history, love the Motherland.

I wish all of us to preserve these values ​​and understand that Kazakhstanis of different generations have one historical memory, and no one from outside should overshadow the bright memories of the heroes of that war, the true patriots of their country. Let's pass it on to our children, grandchildren, students! Read them the right books about the war, watch good films together, shot with the participation of eyewitnesses of those terrible years. Explain to them the meaning of the wise words that “a bad world is better than a good war” and no “harmony of the world is worth the tear of a tormented child”. I believe that each of us is able to make this world a little kinder, happier and smarter!
