Today, November 25, in the scientific library of InEU, a meeting was held with the specialist of the Zhas Orken design team Myrzabek Shokutbaev.

At the meeting, a program for young professionals developed by «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC was presented. The purpose of the «Zhas Orken» program is to attract and train the best, talented graduates for subsequent employment in the companies of the «Samruk-Kazyna» Fund.

Myrzabek Shokutbaev spoke about the conditions of competitive selection as well as about the prospects that await the internship candidates and the internship procedure itself. The winners of the competition become participants in the training and development program, a 20-month labor contract is concluded with them, all internships are paid. The «Zhas Orken» program consists of four parts. For two years, the participant will undergo training at four companies under the direct patronage of a top management executive. The best graduates of the internship program will have the opportunity to become a member of the team of one of the portfolio companies of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC.

Myrzabek Shokutbaev ended the meeting with an interesting quiz from the «Zhas Orken» program. Active students immediately received memorable prizes.
