INFORMATION LETTER
On April 9-10, 2026, the Innovative University of Eurasia will host the 52nd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Integration of Education and Science – A Step into the Future", dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Innovative University of Eurasia (hereinafter referred to as the Conference).
Students and undergraduates of the Innovative University of Eurasia, other higher educational institutions, college students, as well as students from grades 5 to 11 of secondary schools, gymnasiums, and lyceums are invited to participate in the conference.
Working languages: Kazakh, Russian, English. The conference will be held in sections:

To participate in the Conference, it is necessary to register on the website of the Innovative University of Eurasia (via the URL: http://conference.ineu.edu.kz/ru/site/conf-reg ) no later than March 16, 2026, with the submission of a report in the form of a scientific article. Activation of the registration form for entering participant data is carried out after the participant confirms their email address via the link specified in the message sent to them by email. Note: the title of the report in the registration form should be indicated in lowercase letters (except for the first letter of the first word and abbreviations, which are written in uppercase letters), without enclosing it in quotation marks.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format (offline and online).
The report file name is the author's surname, preceded by the section number. For example, for an author with the surname Yelikbayev, participating in section 5 "Life Safety and Environmental Protection", the file name will be: 5-Yelikbayev.
During registration and in the report, only one speaker (co-authorship is not allowed) and one supervisor are indicated. No more than one report per author is accepted for presentation in a section.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject a report for publication in the electronic collection.
Based on the results of the report review, a decision is made on including the participant's presentation in the conference program.
By the start of the conference, a collection of conference materials in electronic format will be prepared and published on the university's website. The collection will be assigned an ISBN.
Diplomas are awarded to the authors of the best works, and the winner receives the Rector's Grant (covering the first year of study) and other motivating prizes.
For participation in the Conference, the participant pays an organizational fee of 800 tenge or 120 rubles. Payment of the organizational fee is made after the participant receives an email notification about the inclusion of their report in the Conference program.
A copy of the payment document for the organizational fee is submitted using the online registration system via the personal link specified in the notification, in the form of a scanned image of the document in JPEG (jpg) or pdf format. The file name with the receipt image must contain "Surname" and the word "receipt", for example, for participant Yelikbayev - the file name looks like: Yelikbayev-receipt.jpg or Yelikbayev-receipt.pdf.
In the payment document, the payment purpose must be indicated as "For conference 2026 from participant _Surname, First Name, Patronymic". Indicating the participant's surname, first name, and patronymic in the payment document is mandatory, even if the payment was made not by the conference participant presenting the report personally, but by their scientific supervisor or relative. Without indicating the participant's surname in the payment document, the payment will not be considered and will not be credited. The procedure for online presentation will be communicated to participants in the second information letter after their inclusion in the conference program. All questions regarding the presentation at the section should be addressed directly to the secretaries of the sections.
Payment of the organizational fee is possible both by transferring money to the current account and through the applications of JSC "Bank CenterCredit", JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan", JSC "Kaspi bank".

Report Formatting Requirements
The report text must be typed on a computer in (.docx Microsoft Word) format, font Times New Roman, line spacing – single, font size – 12 pt, all margins - 20 mm with justification, without automatic hyphenation. Page orientation – portrait (including tables, illustrations). Pages must be full. The list of used sources is provided as necessary. The volume of the report is at least three full A4 pages (reports with incomplete pages are rejected from consideration).
