Students and undergraduates of the Innovative Eurasian University, other higher educational institutions, college students, as well as students from grades 5 to 11 of secondary schools, gymnasiums and lyceums are invited to participate in the conference.

Working languages: Kazakh, Russian, English. The conference will be organized in sections:

To participate in the Conference, you must register on the website of the Innovative Eurasian University (at the URL: URL: http://conference.ineu.edu.kz/ru/site/conf-reg) no later than March 16, 2026, with the submission of a report in the form of a scientific article. The registration form for entering information about the conference participant is activated after the participant confirms his/her e-mail address via the link indicated in the message sent to him/her by e-mail. Note: the title of the report in the registration form is indicated in lowercase letters (with the exception of the first letter of the first word and the abbreviation, which are written in capital letters), without quotation marks.

The conference is held in a hybrid format (offline and online). 

The file name of the report is called the author's last name, preceded by the section number. For example, for an author with the surname Yelikbaev participating in section 5 "Life safety and environmental protection", the file name will be: 5-Yelikbaev.

During registration and in the report, only one speaker is indicated (co-authorship is not allowed) and one supervisor. No more than one report is accepted from one author for presentation at the section.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject the report for publication in the electronic collection.

Based on the results of the review of the report, a decision is made to include the participant's speech in the conference program.

By the beginning of the conference, a collection of conference materials will be prepared in electronic format, which will be published on the university's website. The collection will be assigned an ISBN.

For participation in the Conference, the participant pays an organizational fee of 800 tenge or 120 rubles. The registration fee is paid after the participant receives an e-mail notification of the inclusion of his report in the Conference program.

A copy of the registration fee payment document is submitted using the on-line registration system at the personal link specified in the notification, in the form of a scanned image of the document in JPEG (jpg) or pdf format. The name of the file with the receipt image should contain the "Last name" and the word "receipt", for example, for participant Yelikbaev, the file name looks like this: Yelikbaev-receipt.jpg or Yelikbaev-receipt.pdf.

The payment document should specify "For

conference 2026 from participant _family, first name, patronymic". The indication of the participant's surname, first name, and patronymic in the payment document is mandatory, as well as if the payment was made not personally by the conference participant making the report, but by his supervisor or relative. Without specifying the participant's name in the payment document, the payment made will not be taken into account, and the payment will not be counted. The participant's on-line presentation procedure will be communicated to the participants in the second information letter after its inclusion in the conference program. For all questions about the presentation at the section, the participants directly contact the section secretaries.

Payment of the registration fee is possible both by money transfer to a bank account, and through the applications of JSC Bank CenterCredit, JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, JSC Kaspi bank.

Requirements for the design of the report

 

The text of the report should be typed on a computer in the format (.docx Microsoft Word), the font is Times New Roman, the line spacing is single, the character size is 12 pt, all fields are 20 mm with line width alignment, without automatic hyphenation. The page orientation is portrait (including tables and illustrations). The pages are full. The list of sources used is provided as needed. The volume of the report is at least three full A4 pages (a report with incomplete pages is rejected from consideration).
