On November 11-12, 2024, an Open Day was held in the laboratories of the National Center for Quality of Road Assets "KazZhoLlaboratory" of KazAvtoZhol company for students of the Innovative Eurasian University studying under the educational program "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport", as well as students of InEU College in the specialties "Maintenance, repair of motor transport" (TORAT), "Traffic Management" (ODD) and "Construction".

Under the guidance of senior lecturer Pavel Alexandrovich Logvinenko, our students had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with modern methods of checking road construction materials and samples of real road surfaces of the Pavlodar region. They were able to see how durability, endurance, moisture and temperature effects on materials are assessed.

During the event, students independently worked with samples of bitumen, asphalt, crushed stone of different fractions and other building materials, loading them into laboratory installations and analyzing the results obtained, comparing them with normative values.

Representatives of KazAvtoZhol offered students the opportunity to complete a summer paid internship, and also noted that the most successful participants will be able to receive an offer of employment in the laboratory.
