A scientist from Pavlodar Sergey Bespaly received the degree of Professor of Economics. The title was awarded by the decision of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The path was difficult, admits Sergey Bespaly. But there were who were really devoted to science. They motivated me not to stop.

- I was invited to work at the university by the Candidate of Economics, Professor - Murzina Rymtai Zakbarovna, Head of the Department of Economics, so I became a part of Pavlodar University. Yeliseev Vilen Mikhailovich, Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, being the head of the Department of Management, directed me in the right scientific direction, he simultaneously headed the Association of Appraisers of Kazakhstan. The topic of my dissertation is related to the management of the value of industrial enterprises, - says Professor of Economics Sergey Bespaly.

The desire for scientific growth and research was laid in Sergey Bespaly by a Doctor of Economics, Professor Kuanysh Kabidenovich Abuov. It was he who brought the future professor to the defense of his PhD thesis. Another person who made a great contribution to the scientific fate of Sergey Bespaly is Valentina Pavlovna Shelomentseva.

- With Professor Valentina Pavlovna Shelomentseva we participated in various projects related to the development of individual enterprises and regions of Kazakhstan, this is experience, skills and knowledge of analysis tools, all this is necessary for every scientist! I thank my teachers and all those who took part in my development! Family is the most important thing in everyone's life, you can't do without its support, and my family supports me, I value their love very much!, - said Sergey Bespaly.

Today, Sergey Bespaly is already sharing his experience with students. He tries to give the right direction to those who set certain goals in science. And reach them.

- Having achieved one goal, and becoming a professor of Economics, I'm going to develop further, this is participation in research topics that are important for the Pavlodar region, for Kazakhstan, the development of startup entrepreneurship together with students, the publication of articles in scientific journals of Kazakhstan and international indexed in databases with a high impact factor!
