The partner universities of the Erasmus+ Talent project discussed the further implementation of the program.
The meeting was held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. Innovative University of Eurasia is an active partner of the project from Kazakhstan. The university administration presented the results of the work for the year. By the way, a master’s program “HR management” was launched in InEU within the framework of the project. The teaching is conducted in English.
The launch of master’s programs in the field of human resource management is the main task of the Erasmus+ Talent project. It is funded by the European Union. 7 universities from Central Asia are participating in the project. Each university presented educational programs, the structure of the curriculum. It is worth noting, that the Innovative University of Eurasia always looks to the future. Therefore, the question of competitiveness in the labor market is raised already during training.
- Such meetings allow strengthening cooperation with partner universities of both Central Asia and European Union. The effect of the work increases. Within the framework of the project, master’s programs were discussed, there was an exchange of experience, in addition, an agreement was made to conduct monitoring in the context of educational programs, - says Anastassiya Aliyassova, Rector of Innovative University of Eurasia.
Meanwhile, at the meeting in Bishkek, experts identified the problem. There is an increase in the number of university graduates in Central Asia. At the same time, the labor market becomes small for them. Therefore, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Talent project, they plan to address this issue and contribute to strengthening the labor market.
- The project is primarily aimed at developing a deep understanding of the main disciplines in the field of human resources. HR must work in complex and dynamic business environments that are constantly changing. Therefore, it is necessary to create comfortable conditions for high-quality education for students – emphasized at the meeting.
The pandemic has affected international cooperation, representatives of partner universities noted, but work within the framework of the project continues. During the offline meeting after a long break, the experts highly appreciated the master’s program of the Innovative University of Eurasia.
