The Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics (Almaty) at the beginning of 2019 held the International Student Olympiad in the specialty “Management” on the topic: “Digital Kazakhstan: Modern Technologies”. A team of students of the Innovative University of Eurasia, Alexander Patrushev (F-202), Andrey Kaptsov (F-302s), Ivan Chuzhba (MD-402), Altynbek Serikov (GMU-102s) (scientific advisor - Candidate of Economic Sciences, associate professor Bespalyy.В.) awarded with a diploma of 3 degrees.

The Olympiad was held using case technology. Case technologies are referred to as interactive teaching methods, they allow you to interact with all participants in the educational process, including the teacher.
Cases were different, with a variety of questions, such as: what practical benefits can be gained from the knowledge of certain management principles; What conclusions for the practical work of the manager can be made using the Pareto principle? Give examples of the action of procedural theories of motivation from your personal experience, etc. There was a very serious case for the development of the company, in which it was necessary to offer a growth forecast for the company in three options: optimistic, medium and pessimistic.

 
The guys showed all the teamwork skills, gathered, and, applying the knowledge gained during the training, offered their solution to the cases, which led them to the top place!
