There is external (international) or internal (national) academic mobility. External academic mobility means training students in foreign universities, as well as the work of teacher- researchers in foreign educational or scientific universities. Internal academic mobility means training students as well as teacher-researchers work in the leading Kazakhstan universities.
For enrollment in InEU, as part of academic mobility, you should provide the following documents:
- Application of the student leaving the mobility program in InEU. The application of the student, according to the form in accordance with Appendix 1, indicates the name and full address of the sending university, the data of the coordinator of the academic mobility programs of the faculty and the university, as well as personal information about the student. The application provides information on the motivation of students to participate in mobility programs, information on the level of qualification in the language of study abroad, work experience and previous study abroad, a note on the possibility of obtaining a grant for studying abroad.
- Agreement on training for the mobility program. The agreement on training under programs of academic mobility is the main document regulating the process of student learning under the program of academic mobility. The agreement is filled in the form according to Appendix 2.
- 3. A transcript about learning. The final document confirming the student’s learning under the mobility program is a training transcript that is completed in accordance with the form in Appendix 3. Information about the training program (discipline code), the name of the discipline, the duration of the study of the discipline, the grade for training (in the national scale and in the ECTS scale), the number of ECTS credits awarded are entered in the transcript of training. Also, a student receiving a foreign or national university after graduation within the framework of academic mobility will receive a transcript of their sample. The responsible department in the home university on arrival of the student carries out the transfer of credits according to the established rules.
