According to the Academic Calendar, the WINTER SESSION of the 2024-2025 academic year will take place from December 17, 2024, to January 5, 2025.

We remind you that, in accordance with Paragraph 2, Clause 28 of the Rules for Organizing the Educational Process under the Credit Technology of Education (Order No. 145 of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated April 5, 2023), Section 13 of InEU's Academic Policy, and Sections 5 and 6 of the Rules for Organizing and Conducting Current Academic Performance Monitoring, Interim, and Final Assessments of Students (Protocol of the Academic Council No. 5, dated February 23, 2023), students are allowed to take the exam only if their access rating is not less than 50%.

If the discipline includes a term paper/project, the evaluation of the defense of the term paper/project is included in the student’s access rating, which is calculated with these points.

Allowing students to take exams or assigning exam grades without the required access rating is strictly prohibited! In case of violation of this rule, the exam results will be annulled.

Additionally, after the deadline for entering grades, any introduction, correction, and/or modification of grades is strictly prohibited.

If the exam is not passed or if a grade of F or FX is received, the discipline will be transferred to the Summer Semester.

Summer Semester dates: June 2 – July 15, 2025.

To enroll in the Summer Semester, students must submit an application to the Registrar’s Office (Room 115) by May 30, 2025. The academic debt will be repaid according to the educational program (no more than 30 credits per Summer Semester).
