About department

The Faculty of English philology and translation has been based in 1997. During its existence it has been let out more than 500 experts.

The basic scientific directions:

1. The Innovations in a technique of foreign language teaching. Smernitskaja Natalia Aleksandrovna, Rudevsky Alexander Olegovich and Cali Saltanat Maratovna under the direction of senior lecturer of InEu, the master of philology managing faculty Hamitova Gulmira Abuovna are engaged in the given direction.

2. Linguistic and lingvocultural aspects of English language studying. Fanakova Lubov Vyacheslavovna, Orazalinova Kamilla Amangeldievna,  Zhukova Tatyana Aleksandrovna work under the direction of Zenkova Tatyana Vitalevna.

Within the limits of research work for teachers of high schools, for teachers of faculty, methodical seminars are hold to Associations of teachers of English language, and also methodical textbooks and scientific articles in mass-media are issued.

Additional Information

There is at Innovative Euroasian University a small town in which the easy, friendly atmosphere reigns and in which there live the most beautiful girls, the most gallant young men. The name of this small town - faculty of English philology and translation. The students of this town are lucky, in fact they study English language! Many prospects open to them:  participation in the international educational programs and competitions, visiting of other countries, new interesting acquaintances, dialogue with representatives of English language, pleasure from reading books in the original, viewing of films and is simple from understanding of foreign songs. And, the most important for students is an opportunity to enter in magistracy and to continue training in the USA, the Great Britain, Germany, Holland and other countries.

In this small town also lives and the rallied collective of talented, competent and interesting teachers led by managing faculty the master of philological sciences, senior lecturer of InEu Hamitova  G.A works., having the international certificates, engaged a science, participating in the conferences mastering the advanced techniques of teaching of English language. These teachers use the deserved love and respect of grateful students. Being friends-instructors, they help them to receive, modern and fundamental knowledge.

Our graduates are always demanded, find a worthy place in a modern society, in fact among them is as the translators realizing in various spheres of a public life of the state, and philologists who, undoubtedly, will bring the contribution to development of a modern linguistic science.

In development of foreign language the important role is played a material base. On faculty the linguaphone cabinet equipped on modern standards, the laboratory of oral speech equipped audio-and video equipment functions, there is a rich library of the art and methodical literature in English. Students at any time can take advantage freely of services of a computer hall, and also get access to a global network the Internet.

Students have a remarkable opportunity to enter in magistracy of InEU abroad, to continue training in postgraduate study. To expand an outlook, improve practical possession of English language by means of immersing in the language environment you can by means of such international programs as:

CCUSA (the Camp Councelors of the USA),
WEUSA (Working experience in the USA),
WORK&TRAVEL (Work and Travel),
AU PAIR (Work with children in the USA)!

The majority of students of 2-4 courses trained on faculty AfiP, have visited the USA under programs CCUSA and WEUSA, giving an opportunity to work in years camps of rest and other organizations. Dialogue with the American teenagers, and also the leaders who have gathered from all world, undoubtedly, was fine stimulus for continuation of study and the further perfection of language skills.
